Kellen Weigand is SUCH a great addition to the team at Thompson's Custom Orthotics. Our daughter has gotten three sets of orthotics (she's out grown the old pairs) and this time we were assigned Kellen. OMG- Kellen is doing all the right things to make kids comfortable. Kellen has added fun art to the walls, toys and a super fun rug! Our daughter has had a few surgeries so she is not a fan of doctor's offices... but what Kellen has done to create a fun and playful environment really went along way with our daughter. This has to be the most comfortable I have ever seen our daughter in a doctor's office. Ever. Thank you Kellen Weigand!

I can't say enough good things about Thompson's the day after my amputation Andrew one of the technicians came in got me started with a protective cast I'm a right below the knee amputee I've been going there ever since every prosthetic that he has made me super comfortable the staff is always courteous respectful professional kind and caring highly recommended

Unfortunately, I forget the name of the doctor my son saw (tired mom syndrome Im sorry!) But he was fantastic with my son! (Once I learn his name I will edit to include this)

I have had too many experiences with impatient pediatric doctors manhandling my toddler out of impatience which naturally just makes him panic and resist them more which wastes more time. When I try to tell them to slow down they either seem incapable of doing so or will talk down to me about how they "know what they're doing."

Not so at Thompsons! The doctor was gentle from the beginning. When my son resisted getting measurements he would give him a moment and then gently begin again. By going slow he was able to go faster and built great repor with my son so that very quickly he was able to take the many measurements he needed and it ended being one of the fastest and least traumatic specialists visits we've ever had!

I wish more pediatric specialists were like this!

Been a patient of Thompsons for six years .Being a below knee amputee and knowing some of the staff are amputees gives me a piece of mind and they do amazing work. I can't say enough good things about Thompsons and Cameron and Gabby are so pleasant and care about there patients .I didn't walk for 18 months and it was important to walk to see my daughter out of state and they got the staff to biuld my leg quick so I can have it So nice to end the appointments with Cindi she's so pleasant also and this has been long overdue thank you Thompsons Prostetics. My daughter has been coming to Thompson’s for around 3 or so years now and I cannot say enough good things about them. The entire staff is professional and friendly, Cameron is kind and gentle, and overall a wonderful office.
My daughter sees many specialists for a variety of reasons due to her syndrome, and Thompson’s is one of the easiest we work with. Plus, every single provider or therapist we talk to say they trust Thompson’s over anyone else in the area.

I had a bka in Oct 2018. Cameron has made my prosthesis for me. He has been so very patient with me as I have learned to walk. He has adjusted it over and over for me and made new sockets for me as needed. He also has been very good working me into his busy schedule. I live 3 hours away and he has been very good to work me in if I am going to be in town and need to be seen. I highly recommend him and very thankful to be his patient. He has always been professional and treated me with the utmost respect. I feel like he has done an excellent job with my prosthesis and feel very fortunate to have Thompsons in Spokane.

All I know is that they constructed my prosthesis amazingly fast, and gave me all the help I needed to get me up and walking. Andy and the rest of the staff were just great. Highly recommended.
